Arrangements

 Dan has many arrangements available for purchase. They include charts for small combos all the way up to full big bands. He can also provide "custom" arrangements for your band. Please email Dan to discuss your specific needs.

NEWS FLASH!  Dan has just completed a transcription of a rare broadcast recording by Benny Goodman and His Orchestra! The song is Blue Hawaii, originally arranged by the great Fletcher Henderson. Goodman's performances of the song (there were two) were captured off the air, during his band's engagement in the Madhattan (sic) Room of the Hotel Pennsylvania in New York City, in 1937. 

Dan scored his transcription so it can be played--and will sound "complete" with only three saxes and three brass, plus rhythm. However, those ordering the arrangement will get all four sax parts, and five brass parts, plus a separate part for clarinet ("Benny"s" part) and four rhythm section parts.

The arrangement includes detailed, dedicated parts for: piano; bass; guitar; and drums. The full score is available for an extra fee. 

Dan played and arranged for Benny Goodman during his time playing for Mr. Goodman in 1985-'86. Now is your chance to own a Henderson arrangement, accurately transcribed by an extant member of--and arranger for--the Benny Goodman Orchestra!
